At 11 AM, join our Hella Weird Costume Bike Ride! Participants will meet at **Blazing Saddles on Hyde Street***.

Get dressed in your most creative costumes and pedal your way to the picnic. Plus, if you book your bike online, you'll receive a discount! This is a fantastic way to show off your Halloween spirit while enjoying the scenic ride to Sausalito.

Open House & Picnic at the A-Lab

Kick off the festivities with an Open House and Picnic by the bay (starting at **9:45AM**) after the Bike Ride! Or come early and bring your favorite chair and get ready to enjoy a day of yoga and workouts surrounded by beautiful waterfront views.

It's a perfect way to unwind and connect with the Body Mechanix community!

Crawlaween Pub Crawl

After the picnic, for those who still have the energy, we'll head to the Crawlaween Pub Crawl in San Francisco at **3 PM**!

It's a chance to explore local pubs, enjoy some drinks, and celebrate the Halloween
