I am a former athlete who has trained in many different sports and disciplines including, but not limited to Football, Wrestling, Judo and Baseball. In college, I’ve volunteered as an Athletic Trainer for 2 years and worked in the outpatient Physical Therapy industry for 5 years working with ages from 5-89. I’ve been a trainer for half a decade, but have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Why Personal Training:
I’m a personal trainer because I enjoy helping people take back control of their lives physically and mentally and I know the obstacles that can be present when making these lifestyle changes.
Why Bodymechanix:
I chose Bodymechanix because the community felt inviting and family-oriented when I first started. As time progressed, I’ve forged many strong relationships with the team and members. The team encourages each other to grow, learn, teach and coach as a whole and help develop each trainer's niche to their best capacity which is what I believe allows the community to grow organically.

Experience:
Years in the Industry: 3 years
A major milestone that shaped my training approach was working at a Physical Therapy Clinic for 1 year, where I guided and assisted patients in exercises and rehabilitation from injuries, surgeries, and other conditions. I also studied, practiced, and successfully trained individuals with cerebral palsy. This experience helped me develop tailored training routines for each individual. Additionally, I have about 5 years of football experience, 2.5 years of kickboxing experience, 8 months of wrestling, and 1 year of boxing, further enhancing my expertise in training and conditioning.
Why Personal Training:
I enjoy showing people how to do things that I am passionate about and assisting in revealing the hidden potential an individual has, both in and out of the gym.
Why BodyMechanix:
I train at BodyMechanix because the community here is unlike any other you have experienced. The diversity of everyone's different fitness journey is motivating and heartfelt. You can really tell that members here have the drive to become better day by day.

Every one is unique and at different points in their fitness journey and it is important to me to meet them where they are at.
